The 2286 is ideal for larger and deeper fruit flans, catering desserts and deep pan pizzas. This aluminum large Flan Foil 11.5 is part of our extensive foil range.

Made from 100% Aluminium, the 2286 is strong, robust and reliable but also 100% recyclable and suitable for oven cooking. This Flan Foil 11.5 is lanced. This means that tiny pinprick sized holes are in the bottom of the tray.  This enables the bottom of the product to be thoroughly cooked throughout.
