Can I place my orders over the phone?

YES. We positively encourage it, we get it, you want to know if we’re real. Placing an order over the phone takes just a few minutes as we input basic details like your name and delivery address. We’re happy to do this while you’re on the phone. If you prefer, you can complete your details online and request a callback at your preferred time.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.


Are there any hidden costs?

NO. All prices are plus VAT, with inclusive pricing displayed where possible. Additional delivery costs can apply to remote areas and Saturday deliveries Please contact us to discuss your requirements.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

YES. Once your order is processed for courier collection, an invoice will be emailed to you.


Do you have a minimum order quantity?

NO. However if your order is in excess of £150 plus VAT you shall receive free delivery.


Do you charge for samples?

NO. We kindly ask that you consider your options before requesting samples, as this helps us keep prices as competitive as possible. Samples are dispatched in the same way as an order. Place your request before 2:30pm for next working day delivery.


What is the latest time to order for next working day delivery?

2:30pm. Place your order before this time to receive next working day delivery. Orders placed later will be processed the next working day. 

What are the delivery costs?

FREE for all orders over £150 plus VAT.

£7.99 (£9.59 inc.) for orders under £150 plus VAT. This price is subsidised to keep your costs low.


Which couriers do you use?

APC. Having worked with them for years, we trust their reliable service. Our strong relationship ensures that any issues are resolved quickly, should they arise.


When will my order arrive?

Next Working Day. 98% of orders are processed for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 2:30pm. If we can’t meet this standard we shall get in touch by your preferred method to discuss what’s best for YOU.


What does “Next working day” mean? 

Monday to Friday are our working days. Orders placed on Friday before 2:30pm will be processed for delivery the following Monday.


Can I request a Saturday delivery?

YES. Saturday delivery is available, but unfortunately it’s not standard and comes at an additional cost. Please contact us through your preferred method to arrange it.


Can I request delivery at a specific time?

NO. We don’t offer exact delivery times but you can request a pre-10am or pre-12pm delivery. Unfortunately, it’s not standard and comes at an additional cost. Please contact us through your preferred method to discuss what works best for YOU.


Can I track my order? 

YES. Once processed, you'll receive an email with your APC tracking number. If you've provided a mobile number, APC will send an SMS on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour window. Contact us if there’s a delivery concern as we’re with YOU every step of the way, right to your doorstep.


Do you delivery overseas?

Occasionally. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I return unwanted items?

YES. Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days, but a £15 restocking fee per item may apply. Contact us, we’re happy to work with YOU to find the best solution. All returns must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.


What if my product is damaged?

Contact us immediately. While rare, if your order arrives damaged, inform the delivery driver and take photos. Call us right away, we’ll work swiftly to resolve the issue. We’re with YOU every step of the way.


What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us immediately. Mistakes are rare, but we’ll resolve them straight away. We take full accountability and make ourselves accessible to resolve issues swiftly.


How do I return products?

Contact us. We’ll guide you through the process. You can arrange your own courier, you’re responsible for its safe return, or request our collection service, though this is more costly. Get in touch as we’re happy to find a fair solution that works for YOU.


Who pays for returns?

If it’s our fault, we cover the cost. Simple! If you’re returning unwanted items, the return cost is your responsibility, and a £15 restocking fee per item may apply.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Contact us! You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We’re real people here to help and ensure you have the best experience possible. If you need an item regularly, we can even stock it for YOU. Our product range is always expanding.


Do you sell eco-friendly products?

YES. You can shop eco-friendly options using our unique filter, which lets you select products that are biodegradable, compostable, microwaveable, freezer safe, and more.


How do I know if a product is right for me?

REQUEST A FREE SAMPLE. Contact us for guidance, and we'll help you find the best option. We kindly ask that you consider your options prior to requesting a sample as this helps keep our prices competitive. Samples are dispatched just like orders, place your request before 2:30pm for next working day delivery.
