We are operating as normal. Deliveries will be sent next working day as usual, but please be as prepared as possible just in case the courier in your area have additional difficulties. We have increased our stockholding to ensure continuity of supply. If you ordered online, when we dispatch your order you will receive tracking information. Which if you click on the link it will tell you exactly where your boxes are at that moment in time.

We charge carriage to keep our prices as low as possible on all our products. We usually charge you less than the cost.

We use APC Overnight. We have used this company for many years and we feel they provide a very reliable service to our customers.

If you have not received your delivery by 5pm on the next working day that you placed your order, we advise that you use the link we provided in a confirmation email and enter your consignment number. The other alternative is to give us a call and we will do our best to locate your delivery.

You can arrange a Saturday delivery but this must be arranged by calling us and placing your order over the telephone. Our website does not give the option to choose delivery times/days. A Saturday delivery will be a lot more expensive than a standard next working day delivery.

If this occurs, please call us and we will happily collect the wrong item for you. This will cost a £10 collection fee.

Unfortunately not. If this is the case, we suggest getting the delivery sent to another address where someone will be able to sign for it between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

No. We only send goods within the UK.

Please ensure you order by 2pm for guarantee next working day delivery.
